Insurgent
Okay, I just finished the sequel to Divergent, Insurgent. It was also really, really good. I find it pretty hard to believe that Divergent was Veronica Roth's first novel. It was amazing, and so was this one, though there was a lot more random tangents that the book went off on before we discovered the final goal. I don't want to give too much away, but it was super awesome!
Au revoir for now,

Divergent
Okay, one of my most favorite books EVER has to be Divergent by Veronica Roth. I lovelovelove it!!! It's set in a future time where the world is divided into 5 factions: Abnegation, the selfless; Dauntless, the brave; Erudite, the intelligent; Candor, the truthful; and Amity, the peaceful. Beatrice Prior is a girl belonging to Abnegation, and when she turns 16 she must take an Aptitude test and face Choosing Day, where she will choose which faction she wants to live in for the rest of her life. It's kind of similar to The Hunger Games in the beginning, but it gets much much better as it goes on (and I liked The Hunger Games a lot). I found the plot in this book really interesting, so check it out!Veronica Roth also wrote a chapter from the book from a different character's point of view, it's called Free Four. It won't be on paper though, but you can download it here: http://www.amazon.com/Free-Four-Divergent-Knife-Throwing-ebook/dp/B008B11K04 or on iTunes (after you read the book, of course). =)

Confessions of a Murder Suspect
Hi all,
As you know from previous posts, James Patterson is one of my favorite authors. And though I was sad to see the Maximum Ride series end, he came out with an equally great new book: Confessions of a Murder Suspect. It's about a girl named Tandy whose parents are murdered one day. They were super controlling and had endless demands of perfectionism, and consequently had turned their kids into so-called sociopaths. (Except for Tandy's twin brother Harry, who feels emotion. Their parents called him 'broken'.) Once they are killed, Tandy sets out on a mission to find the murderer, but ends up uncovering a bunch of their family's dirty secrets. One of them being that her parents were secretly giving them drugs to suppress their emotions.
I found this book very interesting, and I can't wait until the next book comes out
